What materials are used in Lil Creations jewellery?

Materials vary by design. Many Lil Creations pieces use a durable stainless steel base with gold plating, while selected products may use other materials. Please check the individual product description for the exact plating, base material and features of the piece you are purchasing.

Is your jewellery waterproof and tarnish-resistant?

Only products specifically described as waterproof, sweat-proof or tarnish-resistant carry those features. Because materials and finishes vary, please check the individual product page rather than assuming every item has the same properties. Even for water-resistant pieces, careful wear helps preserve the plating and shine for longer.

Is your jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?

Many of our stainless steel pieces are described as hypoallergenic and are suitable for most sensitive skin. Individual sensitivities can vary, so please check the product materials and avoid wearing a piece if irritation occurs.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, cleaning products and other harsh chemicals. Gently dry jewellery after exposure to moisture and store each piece separately in a pouch or jewellery box to reduce scratching. Always follow any care instructions stated on the product page. How do I choose a necklace length?

Necklace length determines where a piece sits on the neckline, but the position can vary depending on neck size, body shape, pendant size and whether the chain has an extender. Check the measurements in the product description and compare them with our Size Guide. You can also measure a necklace you already own and like.

How can I judge the size of earrings?

Check the dimensions listed on the product page and review all available product or model photos. Drop length is measured from the top of the earring to its lowest point. The apparent scale can vary slightly between people, so measurements provide the most reliable comparison.

Are adjustable rings one size?

Products described as adjustable have an open or flexible band designed to fit a range of finger sizes. Adjust gently and avoid repeatedly bending the band, as excessive force can weaken the jewellery.

Orders and delivery

Where are orders shipped from?

Lil Creations is a New Zealand-owned business. Orders are carefully packed and shipped from Auckland, New Zealand.

When will my order be processed and delivered?

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days. New Zealand delivery usually takes approximately 3–5 working days after processing. Courier delays and high-volume periods may affect these estimates. See our Shipping Policy for current information.

How do I track my order?

Once your parcel has been collected, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details. You can also use our Track Your Order page. If you have not received tracking information, check your junk folder or email us with your order number.

Can I change my address or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update or cancel an order before it has been processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once packing or shipping has begun. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Most orders are sent together. In some cases, items may arrive separately for logistical reasons. Any separate parcel should have its own tracking information.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are shown securely at checkout and may include major credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed after payment has been successfully processed.

Returns and product issues

How do I request a return?

Email lilcreations.info@gmail.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions so your request can be identified and processed correctly. Unauthorised returns may be delayed.

What condition must a returned item be in?

Unless the item is faulty, returned products must be unused, in resalable condition and in their original packaging. Returns are inspected before approval. Return-shipping responsibilities will be confirmed when your request is reviewed.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us promptly with your order number and clear photos showing the product, packaging and issue. We will review the information and advise the appropriate next step. Please do not return the item until you receive instructions from us.

Promotions and contact

Why is an advertised promotion no longer available?

Social-media posts may continue to be shared after a promotion has ended. Discounts, prices and promotional periods shown on the website or at checkout are the current offers. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined.

Do you offer wholesale orders?

Wholesale purchasing is not currently available.
