Shipping Policy
Lil Creations is a New Zealand-owned business. Orders are carefully packed and shipped from Auckland, New Zealand.
Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days. Processing time is the time required to prepare and pack your order before it is collected by the courier.
New Zealand delivery
Delivery within New Zealand usually takes approximately 3–5 working days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, severe weather, public holidays or periods of high order volume.
Tracking your order
Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, you will receive a shipping notification containing your tracking information. Please check your email address and junk folder if you have not received the notification.

Delivery address
Please check that your name, delivery address and contact details are complete and correct before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We may be able to update the address before processing, but changes cannot be guaranteed once packing or shipping has begun.
Lil Creations cannot accept responsibility for delivery problems caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied with the order. Additional delivery costs may apply if a parcel needs to be redirected or resent.
Separate parcels
Most orders are sent together. In some cases, items may be dispatched separately for logistical reasons. If this happens, the parcels may have separate tracking information.
Courier delays or delivery issues
Once a parcel is with the courier, circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. If tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can help you check the shipment.
